Because of how Autosetup works, we can’t provide you a return or credit for hosting your WordPress site on AWS unless;
- there is an issue with your AWS account that you were not aware of when you made the payment
- you paid, but the region isn’t supported in our installation
To request a refund, email a screenshot that has not been edited in any way, and our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Autosetup is a digital product, so every refund request will be assessed based on its merits. We are under no obligation to provide a refund if you,
- paid by mistake
- have changed your mind
- ask for goodwill.
- do not have enough expertise to use WordPress or AWS
